What kind of service do you offer?
We offer regular domestic cleaning services, one-off spring cleaning, general office cleaning, End of tenancy cleaning, after party cleaning.

Do I have to sign an annual contract?
No you don’t.

Are your cleaners discreet?
Yes we are.

Can my cleaner come when I am at work?
Yes. We regularly provide domestic cleaning services for business professionals who are at work.

Who provides the Cleaning Materials.
Our cleaners do not carry their own materials as the majority of our clients prefer to specify the substances used in their homes, and of course this keeps the costs down. Please be aware that due to health and safety bleach is a banned substance..

Can I specify which day my cleaner comes each week?
You will always choose day and time for your cleaner. We will always try to meet your needs

What if I’m not happy with my cleaner for any reason?
We will always try and resolve any issues to your satisfaction and where necessary replace your cleaner with another cleaner.

Will I get the same cleaner every week?
Yes you will get the same cleaner every time. When a different cleaner is required due to annual leave or sickness you will notified in advance.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes you can. You just need to give 30 days notice.

What if I have pets?
All our staff are used to well behaved pets and there should not be an issues with most pets..

Can I meet you prior to employing you?
We will need to access your needs and this will involve a meeting at the premises to be cleaned.

Do you have insurance cover?
We have employers and public liability insurance to cover for any major damage within your home, there is an excess on all claims for which you would be responsible for. The insurance cover is offered to provide peace of mind in the event of any major incidents or damage to your property.

Are your cleaners reference checked?
We take up references for all our cleaners and those references have to be excellent before we send them to clean our client’s homes.
